Security work has a reputation for erratic rosters, late pay and no support when something goes wrong on shift. We are building the opposite of that.
Officers who work with us get consistent sites, published rosters, supervisors who answer the phone, and pay that lands on time every fortnight. In return we expect punctuality, correct presentation and reports that are actually written.
We would rather roster fewer people properly than many people badly — so we hire deliberately, and we promote from within.

What you will need
- A current Victorian security licence
- A valid national police check
- Australian working rights
- First aid certification, or willingness to obtain it
- A White Card for site-based roles
- Reliable transport and a smartphone for reporting

Before you apply
