Disclosure
We do not sell personal information. We disclose it only where necessary: to our own officers delivering your service, to Victoria Police or other emergency services where an incident requires it, to our insurers and professional advisers, or where we are required to do so by law.

Personal information is stored on access-controlled systems and is available only to staff who need it for their role. Incident reports and site documentation are retained for the periods required under our licensing and insurance obligations, then securely destroyed.

CCTV and site monitoring
Where our officers operate CCTV or body-worn cameras on a client site, that footage belongs to the site owner and is handled under their policies and applicable surveillance devices legislation. We access it only for legitimate security and incident-reporting purposes.

You may request access to the personal information we hold about you, or ask us to correct it, by emailing info@fortressprotectionservices.com.au. We will respond within 30 days. If you are not satisfied with our response, you may contact the Office of the Australian Information Commissioner.
