Service Directory
Every service we deliver across Victoria
Every service is delivered under our direct operational standards: licensed officers, written post orders, active supervision and electronic GPS shift reporting.
Security Guards
Licensed, uniformed guards for commercial, industrial and residential sites across Melbourne. Every officer is police-checked, licensed in Victoria, briefed on your site before the first shift and supervised around the clock.
Static Guard Services
A permanent, visible presence at your gate, lobby or perimeter — the strongest deterrent there is. The same officers return to your site, so they learn your people, your routine and what does not belong.
Mobile Patrol Security
Marked patrol vehicles checking your premises at randomised times overnight, for a fraction of the cost of a static post. Every visit is scanned at a physical checkpoint, so you get GPS-stamped proof it happened.
Event Security
Planning, crowd management and licensed crowd controllers for events from 50 guests to 50,000. We write the risk plan your venue or council needs, then staff the gates, the floor and the radio on the day.
Crowd Control
Licensed crowd controllers for venues, bars, nightclubs and licensed premises across Victoria. Trained to read a room, refuse entry politely and step in early, before an incident becomes a police matter.
Corporate Security
Discreet, professionally presented officers for offices, campuses and commercial towers. They can work in business attire rather than uniform, because they are often the first person your clients meet.
Retail Security
Uniformed and covert officers who cut shrinkage, deter theft and keep retail staff safe. Uniformed at the door where deterrence works, plain clothes on the floor where the theft is organised.
Construction Site Security
Protect plant, materials and copper from theft and vandalism with gate control, overnight guards and randomised patrols. Every officer holds a Construction Induction Card and can work your site from the first shift.
Concierge Security
A welcoming front desk with a trained security professional behind it — ideal for apartment buildings and offices. They greet residents, manage parcels and keys, and handle an emergency rather than report it.
Alarm Response
A trained officer at your door when the alarm trips, so you never attend a break-in alone at 3am. The nearest patrol vehicle is dispatched to check the site, secure any breach and send you a written report.
Healthcare Security
Calm, trained officers for hospitals, clinics and aged care where patient dignity matters as much as safety. Skilled in de-escalation first, and briefed on the rules that govern restraint in a clinical setting.
Which service do I need?
Most clients arrive knowing the problem, not the product
Security work in Victoria divides into two broad shapes. The right choice is usually a question of how much of the night actually carries risk.
A presence at a fixed point
A guard in a lobby, at a gate, on a retail floor, at a venue door. Someone is there for the whole shift, and can act the moment something happens.
A presence that moves
Patrols visiting several sites through the night, or a response to an alarm. You cover more ground for less, and accept a gap between visits.
If you need someone on site the whole time
If risk is concentrated in short windows
If you are running an event or a venue
In Victoria, guard work and crowd control are separate endorsements on a security licence. An officer licensed for guarding is not automatically permitted to work a venue door. If a provider offers you "guards" for a licensed venue, ask which endorsement their officers actually hold.
Not sure which you need?
Tell us the site and the hours that worry you, and we will recommend the cheapest arrangement that genuinely covers the risk — which is frequently a patrol rather than a guard. If your industry carries obligations beyond general guarding, start from your sector instead.
